Single room - £193 / per week

Small double room - £205 per week

Double room - £223 per week

The property is located in Lockleaze, within walking distance to shops, cafe's and pubs and on good bus routes to the city centre and cribbs causeway.  Also within easy routes to UWE.

The house has gas central heating, and all bills are included in the price including gas, electric, water, internet.  We also supply a cleaner for the communal areas twice a week, a fortnightly gardener and free items such as toilet roll, laundry powder, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil.

You must provide a student certificate in order to rent the room and be excluded from council tax charges. 

There is a charge for using the washer and dryer facilities (£1 per wash, £2 per dryer). 

There is a large garden, perfect for enjoying the summer months. 

There is Fully equiped shared kitchen space, as well as a cosy living room / dining area. Two complete bathrooms, one on the first floor and one on the ground floor. Ground floor bathroom includes a bath.
