• ROOM DETAILS: All our rooms are fully furnished, and include a desk space for working from home. All bedding is in included. All doors are lockable and secure. There are 3 double rooms, 1 large double rooms and an XL double room available to choose from.
• PARKING INFO: On street parking only. There are no parking restrictions or charges in this area.
• INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: There is a Live in House Manager that cleans the communal areas on a daily basis to ensure the standards of the houses remain high. We also offer additional items free of charge, such as tea, coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil, toilet paper, laundry powder, cleaning materials etc. Clean bedding is supplied every 2 weeks. All Bills included. Fast business internet throughout the house.
• HOUSE RULES: Our houses are for working professionals or mature students, over the age of 21, single occupancy only. Sorry no couples. You must also agree to our terms and conditions before your booking is confirmed.
